About Us
We are a very unique industry with 95% or more of our products being done in-house. Whereas most ink and toner cartridge remanufacturers outsource products to mostly Chinese companies, Ink & Toner Solutions refuses to follow this trend. Our business takes pride in our "remade in the USA" toner and ink cartridges. We have a return rate that is well below industry standards because of the care and precision we take in our remanufacturing process. Every cartridge goes through vigorous manual testing, electrical testing, and full multi-page testing in actual printers.

All toner cartridges are manually tested and completely disassembled so that all wearable parts can be replaced and the cartridge cleaned. Once the cartridge is reassembled with new toner and parts it is tested and packaged. Each catridge is filled with toner qualified for that engine. For optimum performance, no "universal" toner is used.

Ink cartridges are tested electronically, thoroughly flushed, centrifuged, and vacuum filled with a
cartridge specific ink. Next they are tested and then retested after a minimum of 48 hours to ensure top
quality results. Only then are the products finally packaged and shelved.

This is what it means to truly remanufacture cartridges and not just refill them. Our attention to quality and detail sets us apart from the drill-and-fill methods of our competitors. We have a large variety of cartridges in-stock so that our customers can simply exchange their empty cartridges for completed cartridges without a long waiting period.
